Shore Thing Cigars in Watersound is where I bring every client because it consistently delivers an exceptional experience. The lounge is impeccably clean and comfortable and the staff are true cigar professionals who make great recommendations. The humidor is stocked with quality selections and they take the time to educate you rather than rush you. It is the perfect place for closing conversations or relaxed client meetings. As Luke Bryan says I believe most people are good and that is exactly the experience you get here.

I've been to a lot of cigar lounges in my 52 revolutions around the sun, and I even owned a shop for nearly 10 years. Never have I seen someone denied a replacement or refund on a defective cigar, which is what happened to us. I grabbed a Luke Bryan Davidoff for myself and a Deadwood Sweet Jane for the wifey. The Davidoff was exceptionally good, but the Deadwood was flat, unsweet and had no infused flavor at all. After two puffs, I advised the staff that the cigar was flawed and requested to swap for a different Deadwood. One of the girls became argumentative and kept stating it was "a new box." I explained that it might be new to them, but the box could be months or even years old, depending on how long it sat in a warehouse before arriving at the store. I also explained that they're manmade and that it could just be a bad box--it happens. You can tell she had no cigar industry wits about her. She then called someone on the phone who told her they could not exchange the cigar. Refusing to believe there was an issue, the girl grabbed another Sweet Jane, lit it up and agreed that it didn't taste right, but still refused an exchange. At this point, I just gave up and bought a different cigar for my wife. We are staying nearby for the week and I needed quite a few cigars to smoke at the beach, so we drove all the way to Harbor Cigars in Destin to fill my travel humidor because I damn SHORE ain't giving these clowns another dollar. Also, the music here is so loud you can barely have a conversation. It wasn't even good music either... garbage like Beyonce and Pitbull at ear piercing volumes? We couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Flew all the way down from Houston, Texas just so I can experience this Cigar lounge Being a huge fan of Luke Bryan, That being said, the lounge is posted in a beautiful part of town and the lounge both has indoor and outdoor seating with good country music and good Drinks. They carry only brands from Davidoff, Fuente, and Padron As far as I can see. I very much enjoyed my time, however, I only have one Gripe, The Young blonde, headed girl who served me Offered to cut and light my cigar for me, which is a very nice gesture, however When she cut it, she cut it sideways with a V cutter when I asked her for a guillotine cut. the Cigar still had a perfect draw So I didn’t Think much of it, however when she started lighting it, she was burning the wrapper instead of the foot. Oof my heart broke a little. While I was smoking, I saw their merchandise on sale and decided to purchase a hat. Well, I went up to the counter She was texting on her phone and didn’t even notice I was waiting for service. Even though I was standing Directly in front of her. Made me feel as if she didn’t really care too much about customer service. Other than that, I had a pretty good time and would still recommend coming to the lounge and giving it a try!

Luke Bryan's Shore Thing is nestled in a retail/restaurant center. It's unassuming until you walk in the door. The welcoming bartender greets you with craft beer and wine offerings. In the rear past lockers with Luke's name on one is the cigar store, humidor. Large selection of cigars for all tastes. Return to the bar area, there is many TVs with sports on, comfy chairs, and a couch, or choose to sit in a screened-in porch.
