Get the same drink for me and my fiance every time I go to a sheetz. At this location, every time I go the same drink tastes completely different. Even today's instance, same drink same everything except whipped cream in 1.. 1 of them taste like they put almost no flavoring at all, the other has a hint of flavor other than expresso

Went to sheetz in Monongahela on Oct, 31 2025. Ordered some food and watched it get made and placed next to the lady expediting the food. She then stood there waiting for other peoples food and bagged theres but not ours. I walked up and said all that food is ours it’s done and it’s been sitting for 15 minutes. After I said this then the expediter started to bag the food. I asked why was our food skipped and was told that she was going in order and It doesn’t matter what food is done because she has to do it by order numbers. I said that’s stupid because you’re serving us cold food now. There a reason the cook had it done before the rest of the orders. She grabbed our food we paid for and slammed it into the bag then walked away saying she can’t handle this. Then Terry the manager walks over and I ask him the same question and mention the place is disgusting. Terry tells me if I don’t like it then put an apron on and come back and do it my self. A sheetz manager told me I had to come do his job instead of him. This will be recorded on Sheetz own security cams. That is an incredible response. He then shoved the food across the counter smashing the last of it. We paid 30 dollars for smashed food thrown by one employee and smashed by another and it wasn’t even right then had a full blown argument with the manager in front of the entire store while he kept saying if I don’t like it come do it for him. I have been to most sheetz locations and have even worked for the brothers directly. I am well aware that they hold there people to a higher standard then this and one bad manager does not reflect the entire company. I have never seen new old and cooked food laying all over the store. Unfortunately they do have a horrible manager which is bringing down this brand new location. This sheetz only has 3.5 stars. That’s pretty bad. The picture I’m posting is right after Terry told me that I would have to come behind the counter and clean the store my self if I wanted it clean. Also notice the food that’s sitting on the dirty counter to be expedited. That food was sitting there longer then ours and the people that ordered that were also complaining about there food sitting. Terry is the most incompetent and lazy supervisor I have ever had the misfortune to speak to but I would be willing to forgive him if he was man enough to apologize to my face. We also will be reporting his conduct to Sheetz customer service.

The manager NATALIE IS SO NICE! She really cares about her customers! If anything is wrong she will fix it! She is RESPECTFUL AND KIND AND CARING! The Food is always fresh as well! Natalie goes over and beyond. Truly truly a nice kind pleasant manager! It could be the smallest issue and she has NEVER EVER showed any negative attitude, she listens as well. I REALLY FEEL SHE SHOULD GET RECOGNIZED FOR HER HARD WORK AND DEDICATION to making my shopping experience pleasant! I always end up walking out or hanging up the phone with a smile when I deal with her!!🏪p.s my SHWINGZ WERE BOMB! They were still warm and I popped them in the air fryer for 3 minutes and still were BOMB! My wine coolers were so cold! Perfect midnight snack! THANKS NATALIE FOR ALL FLATS😜😘😉👩‍💼

My husband and I are local, we go to Sheetz often and get all of our gas, etc here. The issue is the food, we had ordered lunch the other day ( a sub & their 3 piece chicken ) and it made us very sick afterwards. This isn't the first time we have felt off after eating the food here, but it is the first time we were both super ill afterwards. Just be cautious when getting their food that is made there, packaged should be the go to.

Do they forget that the drive thru exists at night? Over the span of about 3 months ive stopped after work around midnight maybe 7-10 times and each time it was either a 40 minute wait for something small like chicken or tacos or i just gave up and drove off. And each time there was either no one or like 1 or 2 cars not like they were slammed atleast then id understand
