Parking lot is out of control there. Non-drivers just fly in and out and think you should move for them. I was even greeted by a punk on a small motor bike riding in circles at the entrance and of course you have to sit there and wait as he takes his time, right? Then there’s the parking. Every spot literally says curbside pickup. This is rocket Science! Walk in to grab something for lunch. It’s like walking into a joint after a party except no one cleaned up. Ordered a Caesar salad, why not? They were great 15 - 20 years ago LOL. Not so much. A lot of questionable people sitting at the tables outside. When going to check out no one follows the signs to get in line and then they want to exit by squeezing through the beginning of the line. Too chaotic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Sheetz in Shippensburg: A One-Stop Powerhouse for Travelers and Locals Alike!” This Sheetz location in Shippensburg is a five-star operation all the way. Whether you’re fueling up your car, your stomach, or your caffeine levels, this place delivers every time with speed, cleanliness, and consistency. The MTO (Made-To-Order) food service is dialed in — fresh sandwiches, hot coffee, cold energy drinks, and the best snack selection this side of Route 81. I grabbed a made-to-order burger and a mac & cheese bite combo that tasted like it came straight from a restaurant kitchen, not a gas station. The store is always spotless, the pumps are fast and well-lit, and the staff are courteous and efficient. Even at peak hours, the lines move quickly and the food orders are ready in minutes. It’s clear this location is well-managed and takes pride in getting the little things right. Bonus points for the clean restrooms, plenty of parking, and easy access on and off the main road — a major win for anyone traveling through or commuting locally. In short: If you’re passing through Shippensburg, Sheetz isn’t just a convenience — it’s a destination. Five stars, without hesitation.

I usually love Sheetz — it’s one of my favorite places for quick food and drinks — but this particular visit was really disappointing. The smoothie took way too long to be made, and by the time the rest of the food came out, it was already cold. It felt like the kitchen wasn’t communicating or prioritizing orders well. I know Sheetz can do better, and I’ll definitely keep visiting other locations, but this one really missed the mark today.

Anytime you order online they refuse to use the mobile pick up shelves so you have to go to the counter but then they will just stare at you and ignore you while you can see your food sitting there in the bag getting cold. Always rude about it too because you're interrupting their conversations. Also, tonight this was our pizza. Cheese underneath wasn't even cooked, bacon was cold, wasn't even put in the oven it seems. Take the extra few minute drive up to the Sheetz off 81.

This was definitely just baffling. We waited pretty much 2 hours for our order to arrive. Yes it was a bigger order almost $60 worth and it was late but waiting almost 2 hours !?! That’s crazy! The dasher was even at the store for about 15 minutes before they had even had the order done, after the time that had already passed. We did receive all of the correct items but the food was cold. (The pictures are the time stamps of my order just because 2 hours seems unbelievable)
