Well.. tha isnt the only sheetz I've had experienced this situation and have had others I know inform me to similar ones of their own. The unprofessional, arrogant employees that work here is unbelievable. Come to find out taking a few pieces of silverware or napkins is considered theft at this Sheetz! Oh and it gets even better!! Apparently employees may choose on a customer by customer bases to which if cups of ice will be charged to get! I say this as i had decided to see what exactly would take place and if my opinion say to myn comment on the customer by customer basis. same to employee; I checked out and had been charged 25 cents PER CUP!! I had purchased 2. My partner which she wasn't aware of did the very same purchase minutes later in which she didn't charge him! The real kicker here is that she had stated to him that with making a purchase, ice was FREE!! Are you kidding me?! What an example to have representing a multi-million dollar business! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO HAVE RESPECT AND CHOOSING WHO YOU CHARGE ON ITEMS ISN'T PERMITTED!!

Ordered a chili cheese dog with onion and got 2% chili, 96% onion, and a nice 4% of hotdog. How do you mess up the easiest thing on the menu? Ts an unrealistic amount b‼️
