I was standing there waiting on a mobile order. After about 20 minutes I noticed everyone was gone except me and my name had moved over to the order pickup ready side on the screen come to find out the little brown skin short guy with glasses and the baby afro that was working had he never called my name because I was standing there watching him call everybody else's name and I was still standing there and then he just walked out I don't understand it I just don't understand customer service these days Good help is just too hard to find besides this , my Sheetz experience usually goes very well. 👎 Highly disappointed 🤬

A big Sheetz fan, BUT this location was lacking cleanliness. Every outside trash can was overflowing. The bathroom trash cans were full and no paper towels. The MTO was correct and fast. Not the most stellar Sheetz experience.

The staff here is amazing! They have such a connection and work together to take care of the massive amounts of customers that come through this store. I'm amazed at how they're able to provide the elite level of service they provide with the high demands placed on them. You'd never see that level of effort and grit from another chain. Go Sheetz!

Workers are nice, and the store is clean however the store looks like hell. Empty shelves for the drinks, and any slushie machines weren’t filled “because they keep breaking down” that had product in it from today. Had asked why the shelves were empty and was told no one was in to stock. The only products available were Coca Cola products. Actually went here just for GFUEL and it was all out but there was stock in the back. It looks like it hasn’t been stocked since yesterday morning. Also found a half filled drink in the stock room. Something to note is when we asked about the products the woman in the black shirt she had no idea what we were talking about. You can see the empty shelves from the registers.

Their pumps for gas were not working. I went to three different ones before finding a working pump. Their mens restroom was closed for nearly 20 mins. How do I know this? That's how long it took to get a cappuccino made. The cappuccino had no foam, 0 FOAM...you do not advertise a drink, make people wait 20 minutes, and then its not even close to the right drink. Oh, and I paid $5 for this awful experience. Save your time, go to any other gas station
