had a terrible experience at Sheetz this morning. I waited in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes for a simple order—French toast sticks and one coffee. When the employee finally came to the window, she handed me the French toast and told me I would need to come inside to get my coffee—which made no sense. A few minutes later, she returned to say she had told the manager and they would make my coffee. Ten minutes passed as I watched employees bring multiple food bags to the window for other orders, all while a long line of cars built up behind me. After a total of 30 minutes, I left frustrated—still without my coffee. To make matters worse, when I tried to pay with my Sheetz gift card, I was told I couldn’t use it and would have to pay with a credit or debit card. For a well-known company, this level of service is unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I hope management takes this as a wake-up call to improve efficiency, communication, and customer service. Ever since they tore down the Speedway on Old Hollow Road at Germanton Rd, I've started going to Sheetz before I hit the highway. I most always have a trailer behind me so getting in and out of gas stations is important for me. There is another gas station on my route, but its extremely overpriced and the inside smells like mothballs and urinal cakes. Each time I have been in this Sheetz, the store has been understocked and just nasty. The fountain drink station has cups strewn all over (if there are any in the receptacles), trash everywhere, drinks out of stock, drink syrup/soda spilled everywhere and you'd be lucky to find lids to match the cup you have gotten your drink in. This is the first Sheetz I've been in that has a security guard on duty. I haven't ever ordered food at this one, kind of scared to given the condition of other things I've seen in the store. Getting gas at the pumps is as one would expect. Never had an issue there, but the inside of the store.... Needs work and staff that care about their job. I've been a Sheetz fan for years and usually go to Sheetz if one is available but come on Sheetz... step up your game at this store and show it some love.

Nice Sheetz! Very clean, Very friendly. More "up to date" Newer than most Sheetz I've been too. Very nice staff, helpful. Received order faster than most.

Easy access just off Hwy 52. The place was pretty packed but there was an open pump. They seem to have about everything you can think of to snack or eat, even a drive thru. Nice to see the window cleaner and paper towels were full and stocked at the pump.

Got a burrito bowl and didn’t even get none of the stuff I ordered got the steak too and there’s only little pieces of scraps in the bowl
