Update: I just waited in line for 20 minutes only to be ignored the entire time. I have a bad back and that is unacceptable. I will no longer visit this Sheetz location due to the lack of customer service. Even though this store was convenient for me to access I will drive down the road to 711 from now on. I work nights, and Sheetz is my go-to for food after work. I always order on the app for this location (drunk college kids tend to congregate here once I'm getting off work) and rarely have to wait more than 2-3 minutes for my order to be ready. If you have an issue and alert the staff they are more than happy to rectify it for you. Not every experience is perfect, especially in a location that is in the middle of a bunch of bars. As long as you ignore the customers, it really isn't that bad of an experience. On party/bar nights the store is often a mess, with trash, food, and other items scattered about, but I've never found it to be an issue, and it is usually cleaned up after a rush service. There are often deals to be found if you use the app, making this place for some of the best (and cheapest) late night eats in Charlottesville.

I'm not sure why everyone hates on this Sheetz! I work days and go often. Everyone is always very friendly and the food is just as good as any other fast food place around here. Plus a crazy selection! Where else can you order a meatball sub, a quesarito, and 2 hot dogs at the same place? I love Sheetz and am so thankful we have them here on The Corner.

They stole my ID, I knew they had it. Took 4 tries to finally get it back. Used to wait 15-30 minutes, sometimes more for them to microwave 2 hot dogs with the wrong toppings then let them get cold again. Then the door guy banned me for saying he shouldn't put his hands on people just because they didn't know there was a door guy. (some guy in a red shirt, standing near the Sheetz... I'm not even sure he works there) I called corporate. They said they would look into it. Months ago. . . ?

I would give them more stars if possible. The latte machine was broken and they refunded my money, tried to make a similar drink for free, and provided me with a free specialty coffee coupon for next time. The cherry to top it all off, after we finished eating and were headed out the door and employee ran over to give me a latte since the machine started working again. Every single person was extremely helpful and kind. The coffee and food hit the spot too.

Don't come here at night. If you expect to have fun, grab some food, the bouncer will shout and yell at you if you miss your food number. Absolutely disrespectful.
