I had a concerning experience at this location involving inconsistent communication from management. I attempted to purchase alcohol with a valid government-issued ID. Staff declined the sale. To clarify the matter, I contacted local police. The responding officer verified that my ID was authentic and lawful. While speaking with the officer, the store manager indicated that the sale could proceed. However, after the officer left the premises, the manager reversed his position and informed me he would not sell to me because he was unhappy that I had called the police. I was also told I would not be allowed to purchase alcohol for 24 hours. The shift in explanation — from being willing to sell in front of law enforcement to refusing the sale afterward — raises concerns about consistency, professionalism, and integrity in decision-making. Businesses certainly have the right to refuse service. However, policy decisions should remain consistent regardless of whether law enforcement is present. Very disappointing handling of what should have been a straightforward situation.

Food that's constantly undercooked, orders frequently made wrong and surly employees make this sheetz the worst in this town. Go here at your own risk of wasting your money or getting sick from undercooked food. Much better options nearby that are higher quality.

I'm here often and they usually do pretty well. Today they did great. Very busy and my food came fast and honestly these were the best wraps I've gotten from most any sheetz especially considering how busy they were. Who ever made slip 030 @ 12:15 today thank you for a job well done and I hope you see this.

Really nice if you’re a guy with a stoma- can dunk your bag in the garbage at the entrance or at the pumps while you’re getting your gas and saying hello to the ladies. But if you’re a guy with an intact colon, you could be in for a little trouble if the stars align wrong. You see, the sadistic owners of this very heavily trafficked facility cheapened out at this State College location; there’s only one toilet in the men’s room. The ladies have two. I bet your bottom when you walk in you’ll see another dude’s shoes already peeking up at you from under the stall, and half the time it’s the employees’. So, bring those blue and white adult diapers gentlemen, especially after that Berkey Creamery run. I ended up having to use the tiny spare doggie bag in the car while sitting next to my wife and she’ll very likely be filing for divorce now. I would. This was a very small bag. Thanks for ruining my life, Sheetz’s. No ‘convenience’ store here, and certainly no sheetz at this Sheetz’s- just in miniature green bags and all over my car seats.
