Five stars just for having free air for your car tires! You can even customize the pressure so it will stop when it needs to, and I found it to be quite accurate to what my car dashboard says.

If I can give zero, I would. Management is super unprofessional and staff is definately not understanding of an adult who is trying to purchase tobacco products for another adult but doesn’t know the correct name of the product. Absolutely disappointing amounts of unprofessionalism and absolutely absurd amounts of just completely uncalled for skepticism from either new hires or current long time employees. Would like to state there needs to be a corporate meeting for all staff and an extensive learning session of proper communication and management needs to be reconsidered seeing as I wished to file a complaint on an employee over the phone and mid conversation the manager hung up on me either out of spite or lack of respect for the customers request. Remember weather it’s fast food or convenience stores workers must still be respectful to customers managers or crew members. Corporate must take notice and review staff in order to keep the business running smoothly

It's a pretty average sheetz, which means it's better than a lot of other gas stations. Staff seems to be friendly. It's not spotless clean, but it's not dirty either.

Normally clean at most sheetz, but the counter at this location was covered in slushy, soda, and tea. It was out of long straws and the floor throughout the entire store was sticky (not just the drink isle). I could understand if the employees were busy during a rush, but the lady at the front register was on her phone doing nothing the entire 10 min I was in there. The saving grace is that Jack made my food very quickly and was very polite. An easy 3 min out on the floor cleaning could’ve fixed my experience.

My wife pulls into the parking lot and the cashier was bent over beside a trash can she immediately goes to the next pump and apologizes because she did not see him there (she was not close to hitting him but she was going to that pump) first thing he says is slow down next time well my wife drives a Yaris so I could see the speedometer it’s not that she was going fast it’s that he was bent over looking down and then there was a car. I found his response to my wife unacceptable even more so that he kept on talking about it loudly a bystander asked if he was okay and he was like yeah people just always speed through the parking lot. Hey if that’s the case fine but that’s not what my wife did and disregarding her apology was rude. No need for us to use sheetz we can be treated better elsewhere .
