This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Sheetz location. I came here at 6:00PM for food and drinks. my food was cold and missing items I ordered. When I informed the cooks that items from my order were missing, they were rude and dismissive instead of addressing the issue. I’m giving this location 2 stars solely because the cashier provided excellent customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE. GO THE EXTRA 2 MILES TO THE OTHER SHEETZ. This is possibly by far the worst sheetz in AMERICA. Never once have I ever had bad food from a sheetz until I went here. And I've been to hundreds of sheetz locations up and down the coast due to business. Ordered chili dogs. Got chili dogs with barely any chili, only a small amount on the bottom, and an over abundance of onions. Eating it was basically like eating a raw onion. I didn't even ask for onions on it. Whoever made this should be executed. Ordered a bucket of fries that was only half full. Mozzarella sticks look like they were made 4 months ago and reheated. They didn't get a damn thing right. If this was my first sheetz experience, I'd probably never go there again. But now that I know this is the worst sheetz location in America, I know its only isolated to this one location that makes trash food and has lazy employees, all of whom should be fired immediately and never allowed to work at another sheetz location again in their life. Please do not go here. I woulsnt be surprised if this food made us sick. Spent $30 on food that wasn't even worth the trash can we threw it in. Do better. Sheetz corporate, shut this location down immediately.

Freak here! This is in my opinion the worst Sheetz location that I’ve ever been to, which I’ve been to over 100 different locations. It’s so bad that employees do not know how to make Hot Chocolate! Ordered 2 Peanut Butter Hot Chocolates and both had a large spoonful of Peanut Butter at the bottom poured over with milk. It wasn’t mixed at all. When I tasted it, all I tasted for nearly the entire cup was hot milk until I finally tasted the peanut butter at the bottom of the cup all clumped together.

This cannot possibly be a real sheetz The food is absolutely horrendous and very low quality. Bathrooms are filthy and overflowing with garbage. Definitely do not go here

Absolutely terrible experience. My boyfriend and I stopped here while visiting from out of town. He bought alcohol for himself, and since I was the only one with a bag, he placed it inside. As we were leaving, one of the employees suddenly accused us of buying it for me, grabbed the bag out of my hands (scratching me in the process), and called the police, even though I hadn’t purchased anything. The police arrived and dismissed the situation immediately, but the store refused to refund him despite multiple follow-up calls. Completely unprofessional and aggressive behavior. Also there was a damn bug in the burger when I did a DoorDash order from there so I wouldn’t have to go back. Even if they thought I was underage drinking, they should’ve just called the police instead of approaching us and physically assaulting me, and the manager sat there next to the employee and let this happen.
