I stop by here nearly every morning for a coffee. The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. The made to order food is decent and gets the job done. The hard tacos are my favorite thing on the menu and for me, they are an absolute hit. Their breakfast sandwiches are as good as any other morning fast food places and the burritos are pretty good too. Allison is the kind and gentle lady behind the counter most mornings always with a warm and welcoming smile and a kind word to start your day. Alyssa, Kia, Kia, & Richard are some other team members that welcome you in each morning.

Walked in to get a cup of coffee at 10 o’clock in the morning and they were out of half and half on both sides dispensing units When I asked one of the people working there, female short African-American, she was beyond belief rude said “we’re out” and walked off. I had no idea if she was going to get more or not so me and three other people are standing there waiting then we noticed she was doing something else when I asked her again, so are you out as in you’re going to the back to get some. She said no, we’re out as in. “There’s no more” in a very rude manner all 3 customers including me were very shocked We did not appreciate that at all. I actually was planning on ordering food and decided to go elsewhere so did the other customers. 1 person single handed, made 3-4 customers walk out of the store

My first time getting food from sheetz. Ordered 2 hot dog combo. I took the dog off the bun and saw that both dogs were burnt & hard apparently from the microwave. Ate the fries which were OK. My expectations may have been to high. Lesson learned.

Had sheetz hotdogs again but at 3202 sandy ridge rd. No issue with them toasting the buns or extra tomato. Thank you supervisor Breayon for great customer service. Customer service is lacking at other stores or with some employees. Some are the weakest link and need to be fired lol. Hugh, mabey James from the Hornaday location for there harassment of me. Life's crazy lol. Breayon didn't like her photo taken and said she was wanted so dont post. I said the same that I'm wanted by the fbi but it's ok lol. Public places while at work. What can you do about pictures random people take. Maybe say its harrasement and I'll get banned from this store like the one on Hornaday recently. See review there mid June to july. Supervisor Ty there asked what was I getting from pics ect? My response, providing other with info of how there food/service may be when someone comes to there store! This is what Google reviews are for and why they are here! Knowledge is power!

NASTY. The bathrooms are NASTY. Slime growing on the Urninal in men’s bathrooms. Floors are nasty throughout the entire store. Really? Growth is killing your standard which Sheetz use to be known for. All about the Benjamin’s
