If you like biohazards and poop toilets this is the place for you! Would have been sad if I sent my child in to use this bathroom. Went to every stall to find at least one clean one. Bloody tissue hanging between toilet and lid, poop sprayed on the other two toilets. I started to clean one toilet with the disinfectant wipes I had but realized this is not my job. I told two employees, one manager. One came in, pushed each door to the toilet, flushed the tissue down the drain and left. No cleaning no hand washing. Proceed to ask for a manager, she claimed to have checked herself. I told her I would show her, one teen made it to the toilet before I could show the first stall. Even the teen overhearing, said “ewww” I had to point to the obvious poop to the manager but because “some of the poop was underneath the toilet seat [she] didn’t think to clean it” what a joke. Imagine eating here. Instead of cleaning, both manager and employee went to take smoke breaks.

If zero stars was possible that's what they would get. The cashier was rude and hateful and cursed at me cause I asked about a price on something. She doest ever where a name tag. This same lady has had me wait for over 5 mins so she could stand and socialize with people. She's the only cashier that does this. The rest are extremely nice and do their job when it comes to customer service. I would have made a review before this if she had a name tag on. Every time I come in she got friends at the register talking to her while customers are waiting to be checked out. The parking lot is so nasty no one ever cleans it or inside. Sheetz needs to step up there game. Teach there employees that customers are more important than the conversation they are having with people they know and that customers shouldn't get talked to the way I got talked to today. And that a clean store is just as important as the customer service.

Waiting 15 minutes listening to dinging the whole timem then not get the dipper ordered, and no utensils to eat with in the bag, nor napkins. One sandwich burning hot the other on the verge of being room temp. Please do better.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever been. So filthy. Feces on the walls in the bathroom. Trash overflowing. Absolutely disgusting. I turned around and left without purchasing anything. Not even gas. The health department needs to be contacted about this place. It was filthy. I almost puked just from being in there

They make you scan your state issued identification card to get the beer you want to purchase. I will stop going to sheetz for this reason alone. And I will tell my friends and family not to shop at their stores. Bad business. I shouldn't have to pull my ID out of my wallet whenever I'm going to have to show it to the teller anyway. It's stupid. And I refuse to shop at sheetz now.
