I just got off work at 11 o’clock and I arrived up here at sheets shortly before 1130 and Bridget once the attendant that stopped me to ask what I would like at sheets and I told her that I wanted a cappuccino and a bag of chips and without hesitation, she checked the cappuccino machine to make sure everything was OK with it so I can get one. She was very polite with a smile as she greeted me. I am certainly glad that you have her on your team. She seems to be a great worker and a people person, so please thank her for me. I ordered a wrap Hot.. inner temp is barely even warm and the tortilla feels like it just came out of the freezer. Also the amount of meat left me wanting more. How is this an acceptable ratio?

They messed up my simple order. They added bacon to my 2 sliders. It also took them about 15 minutes to make this small order. Terrible experience.

This is what my sandwich looked like when I opened it. I ordered my food at 5:08pm and arrived at 5:20 pm per my ticket and I'm sorry, it did not take that long to make this. I've been coming to this sheetz and this isn't the first time in the last few months and I'm sick of it. I understand being short staffed, but I would honestly rather wait a long time to get what I paid for than to get this. And they weren't even busy when I came to pick this up. Ridiculous.

Ordered a whole sub and fries got 1/2 sub and 10 fries. Literally! Went back to get my correct order nope got a chewy yes whole sub and a cheeseburger oh and Italian dressing on sub which i did not order. Maybe training is needed? No fries I'm confused. I won't be back. Thanks
