I love sheetz, to be fully transparent, I usually go there just for the milkshakes! However, whatever the training is for making them please please tell them to blend the ice longer!!! Recently, they are leaving large un-blended ice cubes an chips in the shake - it literally ruins them!

The dining area looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Every single table is filthy, the floor is covered in food debris and it’s only 11am on a Sunday morning. My grilled chicken sandwich top was completely hard and crumbled on one side. It broke off in chunks like the bread bag was left open. No option to have that toasted, so it should not have been rock hard. My husband ordered a chicken bagel with lettuce and onion, neither topping was included on the sandwich.

Not what I ordered at all. Proof is in the pictures. Shaking my head. Called and explained the situation, and I am still waiting for a callback four plus hours now. I completely understand being busy but slow down for a minute. Not everyone wants mayo on their sandwich! I have always enjoyed sheetz, but this is just annoying.

This is more than just a gas stop. Great subs, which you can customize anyway you like. The rolls are baked in-house and are very good. Food appears fresh. Nice choice of beer, wine and snacks. Indoor and outdoor dining areas. We wish Sheetz would bring back the cold iced teas to the drink area. Nice employees. The one drawback is the blaring music playing in the mens room. Good gas prices. Highly recommended.

Ordered two subs, both to be toasted. Receipt said Toasted. Neither sub was toasted. Waited for food more than 25 minutes at pickup window. Our order was simple - two subs and some french fries.
