Ordered two meatball subs. The app doesn't allow you to order a full length meatball sub, so I ordered two half-length subs. They provided two subs, but all the meatballs were CUT IN HALF. Each half sub should have 3 total meatballs (6 in a full sized sub). My order had 3 total meatballs spread across both (since they were cut in half - 3 half meatballs per sandwich). I called the store and spoke to the "manager" and they'll replace the order the next time I'm able to visit (order was doordashed because I cannot drive). I'm updating my review to 3 stars for the remedy offered.

Food was disgusting. Drink area was dirty. I asked a manager by the name of “Barbera” if she could help me with the coffee machine. I was dismissed and she just walked off. I will not be returning to this store. Whatsoever. Employees have attitudes, store is a mess and really anytime I’ve had food from here it is absolutely gross. Specifically at night.

I see a lot of bad reviews for this location. I have been here on several occasions and ordered food here on several occasions. I have never had a problem with the food order or the store. This is the first sheetz I’ve been in that has self check out. I really like the self check out option, it is very user friendly and you can even pre pay for gas at the kiosk.

Ordered an untoasted meatball sub. 15 minutes later I was handed this abomination. It has no sauce on it. It is toasted and cold all at the same time. They want me to ring the order back in so they could make it again. I just got a refund instead.

I live close to the location and my car takes E15 gas so Sheetz is the only gas station I can use. No matter what time you go it is a battle to get gas. The food is a hit or mess. It really just depends on how busy they are. If they are busy, it's best to check your food before you leave. Cleanliness is really a issues. Trash can over flowing often, coffee out and bathrooms just dirty. I have started going to the Cornwallis Rd location just because its cleaner.
