Very, very good. Parking is not free, but that's not the fault of the store. (Take coins, the machines don't take bills) The staff seem very helpful and willing to guide in selections. The chairs are comfortable. They offer a wide variety of cigars at every price point as well as pipes and tobacco in both aromatic and standard varieties. The prices are very fair. The only reason for the loss of a star is a personal preference on my part. They sell lottery tickets, which are essentially a poverty tax. It encourages people to hope for a hand out instead of pulling up their bootstraps and earning what they want. Other than that, it's a very fine shop.

I went there today, my first time going to this place. I was greeted immediately as I walked in with a smile and felt very welcomed. I was asked if I knew what I wanted and immediately was serviced with 10 cigars I wanted. Get friendly service. I highly recommend going here.

Coming here from Canada made my trip! The gentleman that served me (Budda?) was fantastic and apparently very knowledgeable about product and tastes. We also met a customer named Tony and he was fantastic. A real friendly and down to earth good guy who we happened to run into again at the Orange CFB game in town. This will be my go-to store from now on whenever I can escape the kleptocratic north and come to Syracuse!
