Spent my Xmas week and made my daily stop for a great atmosphere, GREAT PEOPLE, and their house cigar is one of the best sticks out here! I’d put that stick up against some of the known premium cigars on the market! Returning in February and will be back for my daily fix!! Do yourself a solid and stop by, YOU WONT REGRET IT!!

Extremely rude owner who doesn’t know how to properly talk to people with respect. Someone in our group was just trying to find a chair so my young child could sit. The owner yelled at this person for grabbing a chair from a table. The person asked before just grabbing the chair and the person sitting at the table told him yes. The owner of this store started telling and saying put the chair back. Only then did we notice the table had a reserved sign. Having reserved seating is completely fine, but there was no reason for the disrespect and yelling from the owner especially in front of children and when the chair was for a child. I would never step foot into this place simply because of this owner who has no idea how to properly treat people.

Visiting from Colorado. Read reviews for many cigar stores in the area. A few others highly recommended, so I put it on my list. This place was my first. I couldn't disagree more with other recommendations. Ive been in customer services for +40yrs. The tall guy working never talked to me or approached me to offer any assistance. I was the only prospective customer in there. I absolutely do not recommended. Also on my list was smokers depot. I highly recommend - spent $140 there. They have great prices and awesome service!

Came here today for a cigar. I was not disappointed. This place has a good selection and variety. The blue LED lighting in the humidor was a subtle and nice enhancement. The owner, Rob, was friendly and very knowledgeable. I always visit this store when I'm in St. Augustine and will continue to do so.

I love their cigars, the music is always amazing they know how to select, Rob service was truly genuine and professional! Amazing experience, we stayed all evening!
