Great cigar lounge. They offer 24 hour access for premium members and normal access during business hours for regular members. Great little sets of seating so people in groups of 6 to 8 can sit together and lounge. There are at least 7 separate sections for lounging, two TV sets in different sections and a very large space so I'd say it's probably the most comfortable lounge in San Antonio. Hands above Finck's or Club Humidity. It has easy access to self service coffee, water cooler, ice machine, a fridge. They're are cabinets full of coffee cups, different drink glasses for beer, cocktails, wine, etc and not just service for 2 people do a group can come in and not fight for a glass, etc. Humidor has a nice selection of cigars and is a little small but easily satisfies smokers of all budgets and flavor profiles. Staff is friendly, helpful, and easy going with no pressure and nobody following you saying like a stalker. Happy to assist or answer questions at the drop of a hat. Overall, I'd say this is the nicest lounge we've been to in town with the best chairs, lighters, cutters, and full size cigar matches on every take with places to dry your drinks and ashtrays for every chairs. They clean up often so you don't see ashtrays full of cigars from the last people there like some lounges that only clean up at the end of the day. From speaking to the members, they don't change the member benefits on a whim that reduce what you signed up for, etc. The largest cigar groups in town frequent here over other locations the most which says a lot and they cater to mostly members first and welcome guests as well. Many other lounges cater to members, but focus on people coming in for cigars and leaving which is the quick sale to get you in and out the door, cigars in hand, money in the till. Members want to feel special and more than a transaction these days and the staff often comes to sit down with the members. The other lounges at best have staff come to grab something and some come to clean ashtrays do this is a much more personable experience. Other lounges could take a few service notes from Redlands cigar. Taking a commercial garage door strip center and maybe it into a great lounge takes some though. This one is well designed. The customer service attention to detail are what set it apart. Highly recommended.

While traveling, we visit local cigar shops. I was surprised there was only a member's only lounge. The Members Only lounge is HUGE, plenty of space. Comfy and nice furniture. Very dimly lit (4:30 PM). Recommendation by staff was good, was definitely knowledgeable but not particularly welcoming. I have no problem buying from these local shops but rarely spend $15 on one cigar. We were just passing through and there was no exceptions. The "cover charge" seemed steep to pop in for a stick. ($15 per person) Cigars aren't cheap so it wasn't a problem to make the cover charge. 😀
