I can’t say I ever written a review before on a place but I couldn’t help to share my experience here. I have been to a handful of leather shops and had good help so I can’t take that away from other companies, but these guys here were absolutely the best! The moment I walked I was greeted as if I was a regular there. Not only they treated you with respect the owner him self took the time out of his day and walked me through absolutely everything I needed to know to start leather work, providing me with one on one knowledge answering all questions, even showing me examples on how to do certain things in depth! You can tell he truly loves what he does and loves his customers and treats them like family. I will most definitely become a regular here and share my experience with anyone! Thank you all for the help you provided and making feel less stressful getting into the craft. See yall again soon!

I don't even know where to begin, other than AMAZING! I'd went to Ravenwood's Leather booth at the Texas renaissance festival a couple months ago. Their Phoenix dress drew my attention, after a few questions, I had asked about the Slytherin designs. They measured me, and I had asked to get it a few inches bigger, due to me not liking things tight on me. Not only is there a few extra inches, but I can also loosen pull strings on the side to make it up to 5 (I believe) inches bigger. The work they put into it is amazing, the design is awesome. And their customer service is out of this world. My only regret is that I didn't buy more from them. Next year I plan to buy a skirt from them to match the outfit.

I went to ECCC about two years ago and fell in love with the products that they had in their booth. I chatted with their representatives extensively online they were the most friendly and helpful people I have ever talked to. When I finally decided on what I want they helped me choose the colors and style I wanted. It took a little long to get my item but when it came I was surprised at the quality, the only one draw back was it was much too large, I contacted them and they said return it. I checked my mail yesterday and there was the fixed bracer I needed altered and another brand new bracer. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I cannot express how happy I am to have what I ordered and will have to order more from them in the future. Thank you Ravenswood Leather for everything.
