*****TOP NOTCH***** Smoke has one the greatest selections of cigars I’ve seen in the Midwest let alone Minnesota. The staff make you feel like you’re coming to a buddies house . I’ve shopped there so much I consider Omar & Tino family. Yeah they have changed the way I look for good cigars and point me to great cigars. Also hooks me up with a few CBD products for my sleeping.

Extremely rude staff upon entry. I asked if there were any deals on disposable vapes, then was told “No, the price they are is the deal you get.” I mentioned how some other smoke shops run deals on their vapes, then the employee got very defensive and began calling me disrespectful for mentioning other stores deals. Things continued to escalate until he kicked me out, shouting at me to go to other stores if I wanted a deal. I meant no disrespect, I think the employee misunderstood that! I was hoping he’d let me know about some of the deals on any of their other products and I’d have been more than happy to be a repeat customer. I used to be a daily customer when I worked the Jimmy John’s next door. Overall, very poor experience, will never be returning and will actively be telling everyone I know that Ramsey Smoke Shop off Hwy 47 IS THE WORST SMOKE SHOP AROUND! Treat your PAYING customers better! This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Smoke Shop immediately after entering. I used to be a loyal customer here, but now I will never be returning and actively telling others to go elsewhere. It’s unfortunate because the elderly man and his son never acted like this new guy with the black shirt who refused his name when I asked… Very unprofessional. Treating people with kindness and respect is free and resolves these kinds of issues…
