I’ve been coming here for years to buy Cigars for my dad. I don’t smoke Cigars and this business and the employees have always been super helpful helping me pick out cigars — that’s why I’ve stayed loyal. I went in today at 11:15am EST (12/24/25) and the man working the counter was wildly rude to me. He was condescending and acting like it was a huge inconvenience trying to help me find my dad some cigars. Saying things like “well, we have a thousand options so?!” “Well I don’t know him, so?” Like I’m an idiot. I was about two seconds from leaving. Gross behavior & one of the ruder individualsI’ve encountered at a business in quite some time. Will not be going back.

I was in town for work and came by to smoke my pipe in the lounge. Had some good conversation with a few of the old regulars and had an all around good experience.

Excellent selection and the lounge area was very comfortable which allowed me to work while I enjoyed my cigars.

This is a really great little shop. Nice selection of cigars and pipes. The prices are reasonable, the staff very friendly and the lounge is very inviting.

I WANT to rate this place higher, but I have had 2 major problems and one gripe. 1.) Dry Cigars should be unacceptable and for some reason there are multiple products they do not store inside their humidor. Some packs say they have humidity control in the packing, but when I got them home, they were bone DRY and some crumbled in my hands. 2.) The first time I was in the store I had pretty poor (but not unbearable) customer service. I don't feel like I was being heard as someone new to cigars. The guy running the counter was pretty rude and didn't seem like he wanted to answer some basic questions like his opinion on products. And made offhanded comments to others in the lounge about being known as the "poor mans" store. 3.) The gripe I have is that prices here seem to be $1 more than other local stores I've been to, and that adds up. Especially for the cheaper options. Now, did have a better time with employee interaction the second time I came in and talked with someone else, but the dry cigars are inexcusable. I won't be coming back.
