This was my first time visiting the shop but I’ll definitely be back. They have a great selection of cigars and their customer service was excellent. Got a great price on a box of Johnny Tobacconaut 10th Anniversary cigars. Got to smoke one in the lounge with the regulars. Very friendly owner, very friendly regulars. Can’t wait to visit again next time I am back in town.

Well, the place for those cigar effienados like me...it's in the air guys the classic earthy like musk that only a good cigar can put in the air. My visit this day though was not all great; took 2 vintage Colibri's to be repaired since I called and asked if they could bring told yes but in the end like in the Oil Center Cigar Shop as well they threw in the towel stating what I already knew so got to send them to Colibri HQ cause they had a great warranty back then since the buy out I don't know just wanted them done right now and not wait a month. Overall as a shop...great selections of the top tier Sherlock Holmes style pipes in many varieties/finishes, top of the line torches & great aesthetic with awesome pieces that next time I go I'm seeing what is for sale cause I mean some really awesome collectors pieces I recognized...maybe repops but that's why I'm asking. Great location too so check them out old timers & young bucks. Both places though should reconsider saying they repair torches but the staff was friendly/respectful.

Amazing selection a wonderful customer service. I’ve never been let down here. If I don’t know what I’m looking for I can just give them descriptions of what I like and boom they have a recommendation that’s on point.

Excellent staff, helpful, and very knowledgeable! Whether you're a first time pipe or cigar smoker or a seasoned one this is the place to go. I walked in and was helped after just moments of walking through the door. The gentleman that helped me was extremely friendly and set me up with everything I needed. The shopping experience was very pleasant and enjoyable. I would highly recommend pipers haven.

Love the environment! Friendly and very helpful staff. I’d rate Piper’s Haven a 10/10 and would highly recommend this establishment to anyone who’s looking to buy good quality cigars!
