I’ve visited both locations, they’re about the same, out dated, dark, full of mostly old puffing men. Doesn’t seem like a welcoming place for all kinds. As an introverted woman it’s not my favorite place to go but one female I met at the Wyndhurst location was extremely helpful, friendly, patient and informative. I could tell she loves her job and is a real people person. She could easily sell me a bucket of dirt at high dollar. I took one star off for the younger tall light skinned guy with the nice cowboy boots, who’s full of sarcasm without the humor, he’s impatient, not helpful, arrogant & smug 😪. Kind of felt he’d like to get customers in and out of his hair quickly. Their selections are not as big as others. Paps prices are also a little more expensive than other shops i have visited but its slim pickings here in Lynchburg unless you order off line.

What a great atmosphere!!! Stopped in while i was on vacation and the people were supper friendly and the main guy had lots of knowledge. Plenty of cigars to choose from and the prices were good too!

I was in town for work and just stumbled upon this place without really trying to and had a great time. What a wonderful little find. Had a pretty good selection and really reasonable prices. Plenty of comfortable seating and super friendly staff. John was very nice and helpful. Will be returning anytime I get the chance.
