I am not one to leave reviews. But running a business, I know how much they mean today in a review driven society. My wife and I drove up to Vermont for the holiday weekend. So I went on google to find the closest lounge to where we are staying. The Original Seed was the closest. I am very pleased that we chose to drive down. It was an enjoyable experience and the owner made you feel like you had been there a thousand times before. The selection of cigars was top notch. His knowledge of cigars was incredible. Just through conversation, he knew exactly the cigars that fit my flavor profile. I would highly reccomend this lounge to anyone I know in the cigar world. It was great talking cigars and trucks! The atmosphere was just awesome and I would definitely take a road trip up from home in Connecticut just to have another smoke there. 5 plus stars for me.

I like the shop. The selection is good. The gentleman that helped me was excellent. I found the annual locker fee was quite high ($850.00) in comparison to other lounges in Albany, Saratoga and Clifton Park. I believe you have to pay a fee if you want to smoke in their lounge. I would def. purchase cigars from these folks but the locker is a little pricey considering its locale.

Fantastic cigar shop & lounge. As a cigar shop, they don't carry all of the standard selection that you would expect to find at your typical cigar store but they do carry many rarer and harder to find cigars, which would make it worth a trip for out of town quite easily if you're the type who likes to try something new. And their selection is very much inline with my personal tastes as well, for example they carry my three favorite cigars from My Father. And the lounge area is very comfortable and spacious - a great area to hangout with a group of friends or to watch a game and meet new people.

Great owner,great selection,great conversation,great atmosphere!! Original Seed Cigar & Lounge is a wonderful place to enjoy a cigar. Sit amongst others you do not know and join the conversation or sit over in a booth and enjoy a little solitude.Use one of the booths to enjoy a cigar and a card game with some friends.shoot pool,shoot darts.the.lounge is large enough for everyone to enjoy what they come to enjoy. The selection is expansive compared to anything within miles.The owners knowledge for everything in stock and beyond in impeccable.So if your looking to smoke one alone, meet new people, traveling through or on vacation in beautiful Berkshire County.Do yourself a favor go enjoy a cigar at Original Seed cigar& Lounge

Definitely check this place out! Mr. John is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. From beginners to pros he’s happy to enhance everyone’s cigar experience. As a beginner he got me set up and educated while being encouraging and supportive. Don’t pass this place up!
