Very disappointed with this location Shame on you for not taking care of your customers. I have lived here in Clermont for the past 12 years. I have shopped for cigars and tobacco products throughout those 12 years at this very store I don’t know what has happened. But that charm and service that used to exist is not there anymore. If you’re looking for service and knowledge and experience of these very expensive cigars that we’re purchasing, you’re not going find it at this store. about two months ago, I went shopping for some cigars. It was an older gentleman behind the counter. I had a question about a certain cigar brand. He couldn’t give me an answer, shrug his shoulders, and said I don’t know. well, I went back to the store today, November 12, 2025 we have family coming over for the holidays. I wanted to have a nice stock of cigars and to give out as some early Christmas presents planning on spending some good money. I picked up a couple of cigars. The same gentleman was there I thought well. I can’t happen again. I picked out a couple of things I wanted to buy. I brought out three boxes of cigars and I had a question. What’s the difference between all three of them he looked at me shrugged his shoulders again, and said I can’t know everything inside of the store. I’m only here part-time. I replied. I’m sorry to disturb you. I’ll make sure it never happens again. I’m gonna go ahead and put these back where I found them and never come back here. End of the story if you have questions about certain cigars and wish to have a proper answer with someone with knowledge of products that they sell that you’re paying a premium price. Some of these cigars can go anywhere between $15 to over $100 a stick. then don’t shop at Ol’ Time shop on Highway 50 in Clermont. I’d rather drive 30 minutes out of my way into Orlando and have a better experience.

Ol’ Times Cigar shop has one of the best well stocked assorted cigar & tabaco walk-in humidors I’ve been in. Temper your expectations, this is not a bar nor lounge, it is a local & top notch cigar store. Mike, House factory direct blends are excellent, Connecticut, Habanos and Maduro wrappers in a number of sizes / shapes. Jim Jean or John, no-nonsense, straight-up cigar aficionados!
