I had an amazing experience at this smoke shop, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Nadia. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain different products, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel rushed. Her customer service was top-tier super friendly, patient, and professional. You can tell she really knows her stuff and cares about customers having a good experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection, but Nadia’s service is what really stood out.

Wonderful store lots of products and always fresh as they do a lot of business. Prices are extremely fair compared to others I have found. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable about many of the products as well. My favorite store NIVO.
