Deplorable customer service. Tried calling them to ask a question in regards to their location. Instead of answering the question they hung up on us and then wouldn't answer the phone when we called back. Even trying from a different phone, in case it was an issue on our end.

My go to cigar store (one of the few on my side of town that has premium brand cigars). Very good selection, from Acid/flavored cigars, to $20 sticks. The staff are polite and helpful. Two things I wish they would do is either update space or move to a new space close by that has more room for seats to smoke and socialize AND get better ventilation in the shop. There is a table with 4 chairs and if half are occupied with smokers it gets cloudier than a local bar from 1999.

The guys there are so experienced , and made me feel so comfortable. They helped me understand all my options and explained the rare cigars they carry. They have such an amazing selection , and answer any questions you may have.
