One of the best Cigar shops that I have ever visited, welcoming staff, good prices, great selection of Cigars and accessories. Can't wait to visit it again. Lina & John are the best. Thank for the experience.

My favorite shop in the area hands down! They always have the rarest cigars in stock at excellent prices. Their customer service is on point too. The owner and her husband are super friendly and knowledgeable.

Horrible experience. Called and they had a specific box of cigars in stock. I call back 5 times and no one answers the phone. 6th time someone answers and they still say box is available. I give them my card info and about to pay and the woman tells me theyre sold. Im sorry what? You literally told me they were available and now theyre not just because someones "local" (I live 2hr away and have spent thousands there) needless to say I will never go back. Very unprofessional.

Some places talk about customer service, New Tobacco Village exemplifies it. Walk in and be greeted by a friendly smile and unparalleled assistance. Lina is absolutely fantastic. You will feel at home, instantly. Wall to Wall premium cigars, small smoking area with great cigar enthusiasts and aficionados; @johnnysmokesuncut was in the building...I could go on but YOU shod just go in. ...Thanks Lina for that great selection of sticks.
