Neumann's is incredible. From the selection to the lounge to the people. The prices are just slightly higher than online wholesalers, but that's to be expected and I have no problem paying $1-5 more to help a local business. Only gripes would be I wish they would be open later so I could swing by after work and if they had a better drink selection (not even alcoholic, but just a variety instead of just coke). Still a 5/5 for me, come check em out!

My first visit here. Staff were fantastic. Decent cigar selection for purchase. Smoking lounge is fairly roomy with leather chairs and high top tables. The room got fairly full during my visit and the air exchange/filtration didn't keep up very well. This would be my only complaint. Overall a good experience and will return.

Very welcoming lounge! Craig was super helpful as he guided us through different products. He even put the Cubs game on for us!
