David & Renèe are top shelf, so its no surprise to me they were chosen to carry on such a legacy. My first time in as a customer and they went above and beyond to help me with an issue with a humidifier for my humidor. Besides that the shop is very welcoming and comfortable. Kinda feels like home. The owners are very personable, knowledgeable, laid back, and just a pleasure to chat with. Both the selection and quality are off the charts. As mentioned before, "Top Shelf" in every way! I look forward to my next visit and many more in the future. Thanks again, Renée and David for your help with the Diamond Crown humidifier. This is a wonderful local tobacconist in Roanoke, VA. Huge cigar selection, perfect humidity in the humidor, have never had a cigar that’s dried out or splits. The cigars I selected were hits at our 4th of July gathering! I’m a pipe smoker as well and they have a great selection of pipes and pipe tobacco as well as accessories (lighters etc.). The house-blended tobaccos I’ve tried from them are all fantastic. David and Renee are kind and helpful and it’s an amazing experience every time I visit. I will be frequenting Milan’s often whenever I’m in the Roanoke area!

Amazing is the best description I have. I'm new to pipe smoking and Dave was very helpful! Renee took care of all the other customers and Dave spent a ton of time with me. We talked tobacco, pipes, lighters, etc. All of which I bought at least one. Prices were fair, service was awesome. I'm from another state, I wish this was my local shop! Thank you both for your help!

A Roanoke landmark for good reason... A beautiful place & beautiful people. They make you feel right at home and offer excellent customer care. Been coming back for years and the place just gets more magical, really. The Milan tobacco blends are the absolute best and they have a wide variety of pipes, cigars & accessories. Stop by. This place is fantastic. The employees are great and helpful. The selection for cigars, pipes, and tobacco are great. The accessories like cutters, lighters, and humidor are awesome. Some prices might be a little steep sometimes but the convenience and we'll put together store and helpful staff make it more than worth the visit.
