I stop here somewhat regularly and always enjoy it. The humidor is a decent size and well stocked, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they host a bunch of great events. All of the staff is great when looking for a recommendation or providing information on newer releases. They also have a great selection of whiskeys and great game day specials during Packers games.

Always a great place to be. Staff is super friendly and helpful with suggestions for cigars among their massive selection in their humidor. Even when I started smoking cigars, I never felt like an outcast or newbie. Would recommend this place every time someone asks where's a good cigar bar. Worth the drive in my opinion!

As my first experience in a cigar bar, Jerry was an exceptional host taking his time to offer recommendations. He made sure to take the time to educate us properly and also offering the history behind the cigars and the drink pairings. Overall the staff were very attentive and the atmosphere was top shelf. This was an incredible experience and we highly recommend any cigar aficionado to come and experience Metro Cigars! 10/10

I've always enjoyed my time here. The pricing is fair and the selection is awesome. The bar is well stocked and bartenders are generally accommodating and attentive. Sometimes I wish the staff would go above and beyond to make it more of a welcoming experience and less of a corporate feel to it. The lounge is also too brightly lit for my taste. I'd prefer a darker more dimly lit lounge. With that said, I've truly never had a bad experience here and will certainly be a returning customer for many years to come. Oh, and the points you earn for cash discounts are generous and will keep me coming back.

I stopped in to get a cigar or two while traveling and I was welcomed to this very nice cigar bar and lounge. It's very open and inviting. Armand the bartender was very helpful. I also met Jerry and he was a great host. I would have liked to stay longer, but I had to get going. I suggest you stop in and check them out. Their humidor is large, well lit and beautiful as well.
