Friendly place with a very large smoking lounge. Coffee and beer available. Huge selection of cigars on a walk-in humidor. Often has Cigar reps there offering specials on a box or a bunch of cigars. I'm a pipe smoker and they have a good variety of blends, but a rather small selection of pipes. Could use a bit more pipe parafinalia.

The store has a good variety. But the service leaves something to be desired. The staff is somewhat stand-offish. They act as if they have wonder why you are there. It's gotten a bit better, they use to follow me around and ask what I needed. The store itself is pretty good. It's probably one of the best stocked cigar stores in the area.

I would like to say I'd been at metro cigar on Brookfield for quite a few years, about 8 months ago or so I stopped in and I haven't got out of here since people are very nice here. Friendly management is very nice time and the rest of the guys that take care to register are great people. I enjoy this place very much.

I was in here a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon about 3:30 and bought a cigar. As soon as I cut it, the wrapper began to unravel and fall off. Then I went to remove the band because it was quite wide, and the band was glued to the cigar, further damaging the wrapper. When I showed this to the guy working, he blamed it all on me, said "I didn't know how to cut a cigar". Really, I've only cut a thousand of them. Then he went to work gluing it all back together and finished it off with a piece of Scotch tape wrapped around the end, and melted it to the cigar using his lighter! No joke, I'm not kidding!! I didn't want to argue, so I left, and as I was driving off looking at this crazy thing in my hand, I just threw it out the window. Wouldn't it have just been easier to give me another cigar and make a good customer happy. Never going back!
