I live this place! Everyone that works here is great. Very friendly. Sam is awesome. He was a tremendous help as I started on this cigar journey. And Chris is amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He loves what he does and truly cares about the experience of his customers. And it shows. I honestly can't say enough about these people and this place. Great job! I have been going here a couple times a week for probably 2 months or more. So this isn't a review off the back of one or 2 visits.

I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from LCC. I order some sticks while I was visiting the US from the U.K. and the service I received was world class. My shipping was even upgraded free of charge to ensure the package arrive in time, that’s on top of the same day dispatch. And I can’t forget to mention the excellent prices, I’ll be using them again for sure. The gold standard for cigars!

2nd time in with in a week and the staff is awesome. Willing to work with new people that don’t know what they don’t know. They are willing to educate you and guide you through the large selection they have. They help you make a choice that fits your budget instead of trying to sell you the most expensive product they have. Happy to have come back again and will be a continued customer.
