Mark Castle made me feel right at home as an older lady in his business. It was fun to go inside. I pass Long Ridge Cigars all the time. The atmosphere was fun with people enjoying good times in the Walk-In-Humidor Room. I was there to get a lighter for a Whiskey Smoker & Mark led me to the perfect one. So excited to use it. I Love Nice People who are so welcoming to all customers. I will Definitely be going back.

Came in on a suggestion from Jim. They did not disappoint! The selection is great. Really friendly staff helped me pick out some good cigars. I will definitely be back for some of the events and when my humidor gets low!

Was assisted by Bob(?) while shopping for cigars for my wedding. He caught on that I am not well versed on cigars and brought the conversation down to my level. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome. I will ONLY be coming back here for my cigar needs!
