12/16/25 First off just wanna say WOWWW!! This place is IMMACULATE and CRAZY NICE!!! Second I was immediately greeted by the mexican guy (SORRY i didnt catch is name) at the front which was dressed very professional, prompt, and very helpful. He immediately opened the door for me to the cigars and told me if I needed anything let him know. When I was ready to check out he immediately came to the cash register to check me out. He also told me about the Sweet Jane Halloween cigars the ones i was buying. Im DEFINITELY COMING BACK and would love to experience this lounge with my wife!! Thank you again for the professionalism and courtesy that you gave me in a short period of time when I was there!!!

Stopped in here on my yearly cigar trip where I go cross country and try different cigar shops and lounges. This is BY FAR the best cigar lounge I have ever been to: • Exceptional customer service. • Beautiful decor. • Great selection of cigars. • Ample parking. • Exceptional ventilation - best ive seen in any cigar lounge. • Friendly crowd. It was a pleasure meeting and speaking with the owner's father, Juan. Truly one of the nicest people I've ever met. Even though I'm from New york I will be coming back to this place many more times for sure!!! Definitely stop in here and check it out!!!!

I went to Little Havana today to buy cigars for my wedding. I am not very knowledgeable on cigars and the owner Juan spent about 25 minutes helping me hand select a variety of cigars. He did a great job explaining cigars to me and the different types. The inside looks really good. Will definitely tell people about this place and will be a future customer. Great customer service.

They are very welcoming and friendly here. You can buy cigars without a membership as well. Also they serve coffees and teas.

Emily was great, making the first time visiting from Vegas. Environment is great too. Great choices.
