The customer service was great and they have a great variety. The lounge is huge and looks like a great spot to hang. Went in on a Friday around noon, it was empty. I don’t agree with the other post about overpricing. This place is definitely in the ball park to prices.

I wanted to get some Mayflower cigars for my father that arent available in the Netherlands. Chris and Matt hooked me up. If youre a cigar lover in the greater Des Moines area, this is the place to be. I Highly recommend. They have an amazing selection at fair prices. They also suggested another brand based on my father's preferences. He couldnt be happier with them. I will stop by again as soon as I'm in the area.

This is the perfect place to either hide away for some enjoyment or collect a group of friends or colleagues for a evening of enjoyment. A full room humidor with a nice selection of drinks. A hidden gem in Ankeny.
