After seeing some of the reviews I feel like I should take the time to write a review, as a woman way out of her element buying cigars for my fiance (also a woman) they made sure I was getting the best knowledge and customer service while there. I walked out getting a great deal and a great birthday gift. Everyone I spoke to was kind and listened to exactly what I was looking for. Would absolutely come back in.

Went in and the man behind the counter was beyond rude. a coworker and I went down to check the place out and he refused to acknowledge us in any way. Their humidor has a very poor selection of Cigars and when we asked any questions the worker acted as if we were bothering him. we went to the counter with our purchases and asked for two cups of coffee as well and the coffee was awful. They did not have any selection of cream or sugar and the coffee tasted like generic burnt coffee out of the can. I would never suggest anyone come here for any sort of reason as there are quite a few better selections in the area with a much nicer staff and better quality of product.

Stopped in last week to pick up some cigars. Grabbed about 12 singles and a box of Don Carlos and took them to the counter. When I went to pay I had the box ripped out of my hands by the employee behind the counter. He stated the box was not for sale. I asked why all to yelled at that the box wasn’t for sale again. He started to get angry and throw his hands around because I was asking why I couldn’t purchase the box. Finally he said the box was rare and the owner did not want to sell it. I told him that they shouldn’t have a box in their humidor in customer site if they did not intend to sell it. I was talked to like a child and mistreated all for trying to spend upwards in 400 dollars. I then asked for the owners name and number which he would not give me and then insalted my knowledge for cigars. I ended up not even buying the other 12 cigars that was roughly 160 dollars due to the treatment I had got. I spend hundreds of dollars on cigars each month but I will never step foot back in this place. Every other shop I’ve gone to the tobacconist are always friendly, kind and helpful but this guy was not! Sub par inventory with only 2 lines I like to smoke. No variety and worst customer experience I’ve had in quite sometime. Don’t waste your time or money at this place!

Perfect place to sit down relax talk the talk of the day, enjoy a fantastic cigar, and the drink of your choice. the humidor here has a great selection including some small run items that are limited to the Leaf and Bean. There's a few tables some couches so lots of places to just sit back, or prop up a laptop and get a little bit of office work done while enjoying a good cigar.
