One of my all-time favorite shops to visit with some of the best pipe tobacco blends in the business. Tashkent and No Name are two blends I really enjoy. Steve and Todd are masters of their craft and always take time to answer my questions or provide suggestions for a new blend to try. The pipe selection is great at all price points to include those created on-site by Todd. I own one of his early pipes and it is fantastic. Well worth the trip if you are a pipe smoker!

I've seen the negative reviews and feel like I had a totally different interaction. I was in Boston for a day on the weekend and just happened to notice a real cigar shop. I've tried many cigars and my preference are Habanos, particularly Kristoff. They looked everywhere in their shop including inventory lists for a Habano cigar. They found one which was $18 and I didn't want to spend that on a cigar brand I unfamiliar with and it didn't say Habano on the wrapper (I've paid a lot for cigars I didn't enjoy). I felt bad, but I didn't purchase it. Before walking away he suggested a Nica Libre cigar and said he'll just charge $7 and he knows I'll really like it. Sure enough I really did enjoy that cigar, and it was actually fairly close to flavors I do enjoy. I'm glad he suggested that one to me. I didn't feel any of the staff was rude, especially from the older gentleman Another thing I really liked about the shop is how the cigars are actually fresh. Several places in Boston I've purchased completely dried out cigars where the wrap would completely flake off, same with the city I live (Portland Maine). It's sad that it's refreshing to find a store that sells fresh cigars

A very nice experience talking to Tod and an old gentleman in the store. There are boxes of limited edition cigars with fair prices.

This was my second time coming to your store, and my first experience was great. I took a long subway ride to get there, but when I went to check out, I realized I didn’t have my physical ID with me. The staff member (not the same person I met last time) refused to sell me the cigars I had picked — which is fine and completely understandable — but I simply wanted to ask why the digital ID on my phone wasn’t acceptable. Because of that, my entire trip was wasted. And then an older staff member suddenly told me to stop talking and basically kicked me out. That attitude was completely unacceptable and honestly really upsetting. Yes, you were right not to sell me cigars without a physical ID, but the way I was treated was absolutely awful. Their attitude was terrible, and I did not feel respected at all.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation of your customer service. I travel often across the nation, due to my career. I have to say your customer service today was beyond gratitude and unmeasureable. You both took that extra service and appreciation, in showing and advising me as a new pipe smoker. Your business and service is a tribute to a piece of "Real Americana Relic". Thank you Steve and Todd for welcoming me. Your new friend, Martin
