Place is very clean and welcoming. Great vibes to hang when you looking for a friendly atmosphere. The staff and owners are very respectful and helpful if you do not know what you want to smoke. They will guide you to your comfort level of cigars. They are very knowledgeable on the products they sell and more. Try them out. You wont regret it.

This review is about their policy of requiring patrons to buy at least 2 cigars before allowing them to smoke in their shop. This discriminates against out of towners who just need a place to smoke, get some work done, and possibly return next time they are in the area. I’ve smoked at much fancier places all around the world, NEVER encountered such a policy. Downright bad for business. I’ve smoked at much smaller establishments as well. Feels elitist, entitled, which is surprising given how basic the inside is. They should advertise this better rather than wait for someone to buy and then notify them before sitting down. Oh well - won’t be returning. TLDR: 1 star for customer service +1 for a decent selection.

Went on a Saturday night and loved it! I would suggest to get there early if you are going to smoke in the lounge ( must buy a minimum of 2cigars) and its BYOB. Met some nice ppl and Kay treats you like family weather its your 1st time there or a long time customer. Will definitely be going back!!!

This is a great place with some great people! Location is phenomenal and they are actually open! {unlike some other nearby lounges.} Decent cigar selection, there is something for everyone. They just got pipe tobacco as well, not a lot of it and not great stuff but it's there! As a primary pipe smoker if that selection grows I'd be there every day! Overall just a great place to go hang out and have a cigar a conversation with lots of different people! Go make new friends at Kay's!

There is a standard 2 cigar minimum for non members. The selection here was modest and it is BYOB, they offer ice and cups for a small fee. Was with a group of about 10. They opened the basement seating for us. The first level has the plush leather chairs and the exhaust system kept the air clean and fresh. Nice place to have a smoke and chill. Not sure on membership perks and prices.
