They have a really good selection. Everything from Romeo and Juliet, Olivia, Monte Cristo, all the way through companies like the Deadwood Tobacco Company, AVO, & Placencia. They even have a smoking lounge where you can purchase craft beer, canned cocktails, or White Claw I went there just thinking I was gonna go shopping so I didn’t take my puncher or my torch with me. They had two different stations with clips and punches, complete with a torch you can use.

Warehouse is huge but the shop and special deals weren't amazing. Of course it's a good selection and there's probably some good deals but it wasn't quite the cigar mecca I was hoping for. Worth stopping in if passing by, probably great if you're a local, but I wouldn't drive from Raleigh just to go.

As a cigar enthusiast, stepping into JR’s felt like walking into a candy store for grown-ups. The Cut: Their selection is incredible—premium sticks everywhere, including everything on my list and a few surprises I didn’t know I needed. The Light: The prices were exactly what you’d expect in a lounge—nothing outrageous. I snagged 17 cigars for $209, so I definitely left happy. The Draw: The customer service was top tier and made the trip from Maryland 100% worth it.

I purchased a virtual gift card from the website today for my step father for Christmas. During the process, the steps stated I could send it to myself, activate it, print it out and then present it to the recipient. I assumed that meant the gift card could be used in store. When I received the email, which I expected to be some sort of activation link, it was just a brief statement that a gift card had been purchased along with the code for the card and a statement that the code should be entered during the billing process. My step father drives over an hour to JRs to go pick out his cigars himself. I immediately got concerned that this wouldn't be possible so I reached out to customer support. First I tried calling and after selecting the number for customer support the call just went silent. Then I started a chat on the website and requested to chat with an agent. This support agent was quite short with me and essentially just told me I was out of luck. No refunds for virtual gift cards and as it turns out, the store and the website are separate entities. This is flat out not stated on the website. The contact information even lists the Burlington address. I was told that there was SOME overlap with the products in the store and their apparently unaffiliated website, but that the products and prices would vary. When I asked to escalate the case to a supervisor I was then told to call the phone number and then I could ask that agent for a supervisor. I wouldn't quite call it a rude interaction but it was at the very least unprofessional and unfriendly. I accept that I should have investigated further before making the purchase and that this is ultimately on me. But I also feel that it should be made more clear that the website and physical stores are separate entities and that the gift card can't be used in the stores. Especially considering the Burlington store address is listed as contact information on the website. Buyer beware I suppose.

I absolutely LOVE this place. The selection is huge. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have truck parking in the back for semis. Prices are very reasonable, especially on their store brand bundles.
