I drove 50 minutes because the website and photos showed a large selection of pipe tobacco. When I arrived, there was hardly anything for pipe tobacco available in-store. If your online inventory isn’t accurate, that needs to be stated. Wasting customers time like this is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. Here's is the photo on your website. Showing your pipe display which wasn't in the store.

Wanted a few cigars to share with friends. I hadn't brought any. Did a Google search and Joe's sounded appropriate. My friends aren't picky, but I wanted something reasonably tasty, at a moderate price. Joe was more than personable, and stocked all the usuals. Unfortunately, the 30% tobacco tax ruled out my favorites in my target price range. I ended up with a house blend bundle of 15. Nice smoke with a Nicaraguan Habana wrapper. They'll do quite well when I share with some of my friends.

If you are looking for a great cigar look no further! I have been personally coming to Joe’s for over 5 years. Joe and his staff are extremely helpful in finding that perfect smoke! Want your usual, Joe has it, if you’re into trying a new cigar, Joe and his staff can lead you to your new smoke. The atmosphere of the entire lounge is amazing. Sport games on, great conversations and some amazing cigars. I can not speak more highly of Joe and his staff!

My friends and I just recently got into cigars. On my way to an event I stopped into Joe's since I was in the area. Joe was very friendly and helpful at figuring out what I was looking for. We settled on the house blend since my friends and I are still pretty new to this. Joe said to "come back and let me know you think, then we can get a better idea of what you're looking for". I would've came back based on the quality alone, but the added hospitality leaves me with no choice.

Not only are they right in the neighborhood, but Top Notch is an understatement. Great selection, knowledgeable, and always has great recommendations. Try the House Blend Cigars. Enjoy!
