I learned some interesting facts and picked up a lovely pipe and some tobacco in the process. This is the type of brick and mortar tobacco shop we all wish we had nearby. Fantastic shop. Drove up from Virginia and was not disappointed. Archie and Alex were fantastic in answering my noob questions. I had bought a Boswell pipe online before coming up here and I thought that pipe was fantastic. Archie sold and ruined me though by showing me and then selling me a Jumbo! And since Virginia imposes a 20% excise tax on tobacco, I have even more reason to drive up there a time or 2 a month. The lounge upstairs was amazing and trust me between that and the staff, every town/city needs a place like this

I had the good fortune to stop by this location on the way back to Canada last October. Archie was great at helping me with my pound of Northwoods and I found unique lava finish pipe to add to my collection. JM was there doing some work there that day and was gracious enough to give me five minutes of his time. What a nice gentleman. I love my 3 Boswell pipes and am happy to support this excellent family business. Shout out to Rachel for the advice prior to my stopping by. I’ll be at the Alexandria store mid September and can’t wait to see what is in stock and say hello to JM.

Went in recently to ask a few questions before making my first pipe purchase, was immediately greeted by staff who could not possibly have been more helpful. I was given all the answers I was seeking. When it came to purchasing a pipe I was of course shown their handmade pipes which are exquisite but a bit spendy for a first pipe, then also shown some less expensive options. I was then treated to testing aroma of several of their tobacco blends. I made several purchases while there totaling around $130. I was then offered to go into their lounge or sit outside and enjoy my first pipe, and also offered a complimentary cup of coffee. Overall an excellent establishment. There aren’t many tobacconists left and this is a fantastic one. 10/10 highly recommend for all your pipe and cigar needs. Well done.

Phenomenal! There is nothing left to say but I will. If you enjoy either Pipes or cigars, or both, or know someone who does, this is the only place to go. They excel in quality, knowledge, inventory, customer service, selection, friendliness, brands, cleanliness, and dedication to excellence just to name a few. My second life regret will be not knowing about this place sooner.
