I've never had an experience like the one I had at Industrial Cigar. From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed. As someone who's smoked cigars for over 25 years, there's not too many brands I haven't heard of... so I thought. Their humidor was full of sticks that were new to me, with a few familiar brands in the mix. Josh made me feel at home and guided me through their selection of cigars and gave me a full tour of the space after graciously clipping and prepping my purchase to smoke. I found myself being pulled in by the decor and feel of the Fuselage where I enjoyed my cigar and a pour of Eagle Rare 10 year. Eric and Amanda made me feel like I was a regular, despite it being my first time in. I had wonderful conversation with the staff and other patrons, and felt very much at home. In addition, their air filtration system is top notch. There wasn't a room in the place that smelled of stale smoke, or really smoke at all. It was certainly a pleasantly unexpected surprise to stumble upon this place. Anytime I find myself traveling to the Dallas metro area, you can guarantee I'll be stopping by for a stick and a beverage!!

I attended 1st Fridays at Industrial Cigar Co. The DJ and crowd vibes were perfect. I love the bar area, it gives me a speakeasy vibe. Plenty seating, the staff was helpful and attentive, its definitely ideal to visit.

ICC is truly one of a kind. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels welcoming, safe, and inclusive—especially for women who enjoy cigars and genuine cigar culture. It’s rare to find a space that not only respects but celebrates diversity within the cigar community, and ICC has created that perfectly. Their humidor is incredible and the staff is well versed and do a great job of helping you find the right cigar for your pallet. It’s full of boutique sticks you can’t find at a lot of other local shops, making it a great space for those who appreciate unique, high-quality cigars. The wide spectrum of cigar types is impressive, and I’ve loved expanding my knowledge while exploring their selection. Whether you’re a seasoned cigar smoker or still learning, the staff makes it easy to feel comfortable with exploring something new. The scratch kitchen and cocktails make for a perfect experience every visit. ICC is a community, and a culture.

Couples Night at Industrial Cigar My wife and I had the distinct pleasure of being the very first couple to experience the new Couples Night at Industrial Cigar, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. This unique almost 2 hour experience seamlessly pairs delectable food, carefully selected wine, and premium cigars in an intimate and inviting setting. The food was remarkable—each bite of the appetizers, main course, and dessert offered flavors that were beyond anything we’ve experienced before. The thoughtful presentation of the dishes, from savory meats and cheeses to the artful sweetness of the dessert, was both creative and mouthwatering. The culinary team truly outdid themselves, crafting a menu that delights every sense. The experience, however, was made even more special by the incredible team at Industrial Cigar. The staff and patrons treated us like family from the moment we walked through the door. In fact, they’ve been by our side, offering unwavering support throughout my wife’s battle with brain cancer, showing us the kind of kindness and care that goes far beyond any business-customer relationship. Industrial Cigar is not just a lounge—it’s a community, a second home for us, and a place where we are always made to feel welcome and cherished. This exceptional night, filled with laughter, incredible food, cocktails, and cigars, is a reflection of the care they put into every detail. Showed up as a guest from Oklahoma City. This was my first time to visit and it has now become my favorite place in the Dallas area. I got to shake hands with some of the owners, staff was very friendly and I was well well taken care of the entire time with literal VIP treatment. Great place to celebrate your birthday or any other occasion. 🎂 Thanks for making our evening special tonight. My kinda place 🤙
