To my surprise less than an hour later I was called personally by the owner Jake Highland from his personal cell phone to assure me in the areas I was concerned. He was professional, accommodating, and eager to develop brand loyalty! Highland Cigars exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was on point — knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about cigars. The cigars were fresh and stored perfectly, which is huge for me. You can tell they take pride in quality. I also picked up an ashtray that’s high quality and well-crafted great addition to my setup. I emailed customer service and a representative from the company (Jake) messaged me back and told me they are re-shipping my missing box, sending me a free box AND gave me a $200 gift card for the honest mistake.
