I have only been a grab and go customer at Havana Phil’s but the experience is always smooth. Staff offer a friendly greeting and are willing to assist if needed. They keep a nice rotation of popular brands while allowing room for more unique offerings. If the rest of the shop is any indication, I can only assume the lounge areas are clean and elegant. Definitely a place you should stop in and experience for yourself.

Great place for cigars. In town visiting my cousin and this place has a massive selection of cigars to choose from in the humidor and prices range for a few bucks to over 200 I think I saw per cigar so something for everyone. They also sell ashtrays and other accessories for cigars. If you are member of the private club, you can go into the back room and smoke and they have a full bar. If, not a member, you can smoke outside on the patio which is heated and I think you have to buy the cigars from the place but not sure how they know if you brought from them. I went there two nights while in town and both nights where very enjoyable and relaxed. We don't have memberships but was able to make our way inside was we got there late both times. The place closes early during the week (1900) and on the weekend I think it was about 2200, but they don't kick you out right then as we sat and smoked and drank more for about hour and half later so guess you just have to be in the door by then. Wait staff are cool and attentive. Def a great place to smoke and drink.

Havana Phil's lived up to its reputation. As a visitor to Greensboro the lounge was very welcoming, the staff was attentive & professional & the variatry of products is wonderful.

Took a trip down to Greensboro North Carolina to try the original Havana Phil's location. There is a private member's lounge (The Davidoff Lounge), a public indoor lounge and an outside patio area. The Davidoff Lounge has a full bar and drinks can also be served out on the patio, but not in the public indoor lounge. The humidor is a nice size with a great selection of cigars. I paid $25 for the day pass to The Davidoff Lounge and I believe it was worth the price. The Davidoff Lounge is very nice, but the day passes can be limited depending on how many members are inside the lounge. Overall turning into a nice experience.

It was great. Gentlemen asked what I was looking for. I explained I wanted a sweet Dominican cigar in a mid ring size. Helped me select a great deadwood. Then I enjoyed it in the outdoor seating with a cocktail. Fantastic place. I'll definitely be going back. The accommodation you get here is second to none
