I visited this place for the first time today with a friend who is a cigar aficionado. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and professional. They have a huge walk-in humidor. My friend was blown away by the wide selection and reasonable prices. He almost bought a Fuente. The store is immaculate. There is a full bar and lots of smoke removers. It was still a little smoky, but it's a cigar bar. There is plenty of seating and lots of TVs. Very nice atmosphere to relax and have conversation.

They have this big beautiful humidor but the whole time you're inside it, a man with a ridiculous haircut will engage with you and give you his opinion on the cigar you went in looking for vs the cigar you SHOULD be smoking. Last time I went he steered me from a cigar I would have probably enjoyed to something way too intense for me. It's a bummer because the humidor is really impressive.

always have had a great experiance. yes they have to unlock the humidor for you but the staff is very helpful is making suggestions or showing your were your selections are. air is heavy with smoke, but you are at a Cigar lounge. I went here early on a lot and got to know the owners and staff well. now different faces but still the same atmosphere. I plan to go back often. huge selection of Cigars and we'll stocked bar. TOP TIER

Similar experience to other reviewers in April ‘25. I echo how extremely off-putting it was to have the female bartender who had to stand unlock and proceed to watch me like a hawk while looking at selection for the first time. What made it more awkward, was that she had to announce why she had to be there. Apparently, theft has been on the rise. Aren’t there other more effective surveillance measures available? The freshness of the cigars was pretty bad.

If you want to be treated like a thief the moment you enter, this is the place for you. You walk in and someone escorts you in the humidor, and stands right next to you with a tray. Incredibly uncomfortable and ruins the experience of cigar shopping. If you want a welcoming experience, this is not the place!
