The coffee is Amazing.. that Ethiopian and the Indonesian coffee is fantastic. The place feels calm and ita lovely. There is seating also. Nice place to come hang out with a group or couple.

Cigars are not my thing but they helped me pick out some cigars to gift to a hard to shop for person. Staff was very knowledgeable and took their time to walk me through all the different kinds of cigars and cigar accessories.

Havana House draws a unique crowd of people. For me, it’s the delicious coffee blends & loose tea combinations. For my nephew & gifts for my Dad it’s the choice of cigars & paraphernalia that goes along with them. My Dad loves the Romeo & Juliet cigars. My nephews are one the search for a new favorite. They have select choices of bottles & cans of beer too. But, I would say the Highlander Grogg coffee is so incredibly delicious I cannot resist buying some when visiting in Boardman.

This place has amazing customer service and a great selection. An associate and the owner himself helped me hand pick an excellent selection of cigars to take home. Since I was visiting from out of town they were gracious to give me access to their executive lounge so I could relax while my wife spent time with her sister. It’s my third visit there and I’ll be sure to visit the next time I’m in town.

Great cigar shop. Excellent selection and the owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. The lounge in the back is just the kicker. Went back again and got superb customer service from Tegan(sp?). Helped me put together a great starter collection of cigars for a friend. (And a few for myself!) I got a membership and I’m looking forward to hanging out in the lounge on game days.
