Engaging and knowledgeable staff with a sizable collection of top shelf brands. This particular location has a great lounge tucked away in the back of the shop with a private and quiet feel. Excellent spot for a mid-day smoke - you may have the entire lounge to yourself.

Great service and cigars. They are always helpful and the staff is really cool. With that said, I went by today (July 4th) and realized that they are open until 8 o’clock! I hate to leave a bad review, but this really upsets me. It’s not right to treat your staff this way, especially as great a staff as they have. I know you are named after Cuba, but let’s don’t behave like communists

Stopped in this shop while visiting from out of town. The employees were all very friendly and super knowledgeable. I was able to find cigars that I’ve not been able to locate before. The lounge was clean, well ventilated, and comfortable. If you’re looking for excellent deals on a great selection you can feel safe in stopping in here.
