Good selection of Gigars. There was a fee to get in [ my wife and I got there at 6:30pm ] place is very well ventilated. Mostly member were there when I went.

Visiting from out of town so I called ahead to inquire if I could watch the Stanley Cup final at their establishment. The gal on the phone shared that they would be able to accommodate by changing one of the TV’s when I arrived. Upon my arrival, there were about 4-5 people in the back at which time I was informed by the same woman from the phone that “the members don’t want to change any of the TV channels.” I rebutted by sharing that I took an Uber to their business(again, visiting from out of town)which is the reason why I called ahead. She merely shrugged and suggested that I go ask the patrons if they would be willing to change the channel. Ordered another Uber back to the hotel($50 round trip) and shared my distaste. Awful experience, terrible customer service, do NOT visit/promote/support this establishment!

Service was good. Went out for a boys night out and decided to put down a couple of sticks. Front desk guided me with a good selection and we decided on the outside seating knowing my group was loud. Inside was nice with TVs/AC. There is a cuban restaurant right next door that will allow you to order.
