Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. The only real humidor selection of great cigars. Actually, the only real humidor on the island as other shops have them sitting out in the open. Had to call shop after my ship was deploying realizing I left some cigars behind. Owner quickly got my info and is shipping them home for me. A real life saver as I was so mad at myself for leaving them behind. A GREAT HONEST shop with excellent choices and a wonderful lounge. Staff are amazing. Please stop by and see for yourself.

Great cigar shop to stop in and check out when in town! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Didn’t feel pressured at all. Very welcoming!! Great selection of cigars and some nice beers too. Try the Kentucky Bourbon Ale! Very nice cutting and fire station ! will definitely come back and highly recommend!!

Worst Cigar Shop! Save your money! Owner is rude and found out today when my son and son in law opened their gifts that one case was empty! Shorted a $40 cigar!

Dec 18th, 2024 was my 7 year anniversary for finding this place. It’s the only place you can sit in or outside and enjoy smoking a cigar. Sit and enjoy watching people walk by. Enjoy a cigar. Something for everyone. I’ve smoked probably every cigar from $10-$180 range at least once… short 30 min smoke Arturo Fuente Hemingway Short Story — fantastic 60 min smoke you’ll never forget Plasencia Alma Fuerta. Wife or girlfriend? Get them one of the mint chocolate or coffee infused cigars. Have a wine, port, local beer. It’s one of the most unique and genuine experiences you can have in Key West. First time cigar? Tell them and they’ll take care of you. Chat with like minded strangers Travellers and Locals. This is my all time favourite place.
